- Comes in different steel thickness of 1/2″, 1/4″ and 3/16″ steel plate depending on the model. Typically has a total of 2″ thick body and 1½” thick door made of two layers of commercial grade metal clad exterior and interior walls and infused with DryLight insulation that comes in either 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes of exceptional fire and security protection.
- Our premium BF series Sterling models are constructed of high strength unitized 12-gauge solid steel plates with 2 stage dual fire seals with silicone seal on door jamb and expandable Palusol seal on door.
- Standard equipped with a reliable and easy to operate Electronic Key Pad Locking System although a Changeable Combination Dial Lock can be swapped if requested.
- 3/4″ to 1-1/4″ diameter Durable Chrome Plated Live Horizontal and Vertical Bolts with more advanced bolt work depending on the model.
- Can also be designed to be configured as a typical safe for smaller handguns/firearms to come equipped with standard horizontal shelving (upon request) for personal use depending on your purpose.
- Textured paint finish with soft vanity interior touch.
- Can be installed with Personal Door Organizer for additional storage of small firearms and ammunitions. Can also be made in High Gloss Finish with multiple color options.
- Can be installed with a Power Supply input and an LED Light Kit with Back Mirror for more interior visibility, function and a luxury look.
- Equipped with either a Lever or Tri-Spoke Chrome or Brass Polish Handle. The Sterling 120 Minute Fire Rated BF class safe has a slip clutch feature for additional security and to prevent excessive torque when retracting bolts during attempted break-in. Their cam drives have ultra smooth locking mechanism for increased handle rotation.
- Sizes come in tall but standard widths and shallow depths to accommodate standard doorways and small closet spaces.
- Complete with Pre-Manufactured Anchor Holes for Optional Surface Mounting ( a bolt down is generally recommended for Gun Safes).
